High turn over

Everyday is endless work with a lot difficulties coming up. The turn over of staffs in all departments including merchandising, I.T., HR, Project, Finance is very high. Insufficient man power or insufficient experience of new staff results in making mistake, missing deadline. It also delays the system or procedure we want to implement. Nearly every week, different new competitors' stores open. Comparison between competitor and us pushes me even more harder. But I start to get tired to keep pushing my colleagues and myself sometimes.
