Look back 2007 and expect 2008

Today, it is only 25.12.07. I already want to look back 2007 and expect in 2008.

First of all, let see what I said last year.
I have a lot of change in 2006.
This is mainly due to the move from HK to India for work. I changed my living city, my living place, my living style, my working position, my job responsibility. It is a big challenge for me to handle, adapt all of these changes. I want to work out my own style to enjoy the life, though it is not easy. It is an adventure period in my life to explore different things. In fact, I always fail to be success at the moment. There are a lot of areas that I have not encountered before. The most important is to learn from experience.

Comparatively, there is not much change in 2007.
I already get used to my living style, my job. Living here is boring, sticking to music and internet.
I think I did a good job in training up of my team, and I developed some new format of Fresh business e.g. having truck load of import fruits, different concessionaire counters etc., though I have not yet made great success in sales and margin. It is not an excuse, there are so many internal and external factors interfering the progress of the business.

I have a lot of new experience in 2006.
I took vocation to many places: Hokkaido, Osaka (2 times), New York, Wisconsin ( Del & Edith), Vancouver, India- north part. Including the intercity flights inside India for work and Bangkok business trip, going back to HK for vocation, I traveled by flight so frequently this year. First time, I took the business class from HK to New York; from Vancouver back to HK. I have my first own apartment, bedroom, computer room in India. I have my own team of staffs.

New experience in 2007
We opened the first Gourmet store, First Foodworld Superstore in India.
Meeting big big bosses , Ron Photo, Michael Kok
I traveled to Singapore, Osaka only this year.
For every simple task to be completed, we can never take it for granted in India. That is why I even more treasure the things and the persons around me.

Expect in 2007
I want to bravely face the failure, learn from it, adjusting the pressure on myself and my team in the mean while. Finally, I can make some big steps to move forward.
I want to get slim. Lack of exercise and eat without thinking of the portion is the key reason of my big belly & hip. I must control control and control
I want to have enough leisure time for aspiration : Learn Japanese by singing, watching VCD for total relax, reading books for refreshing my mind in business and life.
It would be a tough year in 2007. But I want be proud of myself if I really can follow my plan, my faith when I look back 2007 in 2008. Ganbatte!!!

Looking back to 2007 in the above
Being positive all the time when facing a lot of frustration is not that easy. It is a great lesson for my work and my life.
I developed the habit of doing simple exercise every morning which is useful to get my belly and hip slim a little bit.
I started to do more reading and studying language and the enthusiasm is getting stronger.
Life is very simple here, so I am able to develop habit more easily here.

Expect in 2008
According to the Fortune Telling for Horses, it may not be a good year for horses. Still life needs to go on, just hope the things would finally go fine. Like in India, I cannot control the whole world, but do my best and give myself better life as I can.
Future job is not yet confirm. Continually, I need to be brave to face these change and experience another page of my life. Whatever and Wherever I do in my future job, again, I should set up the target, set the steps to achieve them. I want to learn the very basic thing deeply. Work for excellence.
People reminds me that it is time for me to get life planning in a longer period, as well as the retirement. But I am still not yet prepared to plan these......
People say that keep fit is life commitment. So I need to continue to keep keep keep and control control control...
Good Habits should keep on and should not be defeated so easily in the coming colorful world.
Traveling and visiting my friends are still the section that I want to focus in the coming year. What is my next target place to go…may be the North part of Europe....
