As I am learning beef cutting from an Australian expertise, Barry Lloyd. Tasting the meat is very important. After consulting Barry, I only need to use some oil, some pepper and 4 mins, I prepared a nice Ribeye.
Tenderness is ok, taste can be improved, do you want to taste?
