Yummy Striploin
Cooking steak seems to be the easy dish for me!!!
First of all, I need to comment that their packing is wrong, the fat should be placed on the top, in order to show meat to customer.
It costs about 30 HKD for this striploin. Put oil and pepper, then cook for 2 mins for each side.
Medium steak is done!!!!

$30 is a good deal wor!! i also like steak v much, first is tasty, 2nd is simple & easy, 3rd is really quick to serve!!
i always have some stock at freezer ga!!
cook for me next time when i'm there!! ;)
