Stay...
The answer of the second question is 'STAY' at least one more year in SG.
It is still hard for me to think for long in my life, but more comfortable to have short term planning.
I like working with my existing boss with his passion and knowledge. He will continue to influence me to work better in the coming year. This is one of the turning point of my decision.
On the other hand, he allowed me to have 2 months-no-pay leave to fulfill my will of studying and living in JP. For me to have a break to do something different that I want in my life.
Started the habit of studying Japanese, searched for JP school, apartment, applied for the leave, arrange air-tickets, have to settle the exist and search for new apartment in SG, handle the relocation, plan for the expense, plan for the trips in JP.
I am glad and lucky that I have been settling these tasks one by one to get my study plan happen and also living in my way.
