A relief with a decision

I have decided to terminate the apartment. The landlord will have to find new tenant, but any penalty or commission paid by company will be compensated by not paying my new apartment for month(s) when I am back from JP. So, I will stay with my friend in order to minimize my expense in the mean while. It is a kind of relief when having a deicison!
Such experience proved that I am firm with my desire to study and travel in Japan, because I did not have any complaint or blaming myself to have such desire :)
