A good start
Today, I really 'picked up my heart' to go out to do exercise on my day off.
There is a big park near my home. I just need to take about 15 mins walk to reach there. On the way, I talked to Arka, so it was an enjoyable walk!!
In the park, there is a pond for fishing. This is the first time I visited this park, I forgot to take camera, so the quality of photo of the greens are not very good and the weather is not so good also. Anyway, I think this is a good start.
Before I went back home, I did shopping at supermarkets. I bought a big custard apple which costs about 28 HKD, but very delicious!!!!
