My F&V CM has left

On 31 July, my F&V CM - Ranga was the last day in Foodworld.

He is hard working, having commitment, logic thinking people. However, he needs to move out of Bangalore. I proposed to get him a higher position in other region to help the company. But Foodworld don't afford to reach his expected package, though I think he worths to get. I hate HR head. He even don't get a further talk with Ranga on it due to his first bad impression on Ranga. We should consider the job performance, but not other things. We finally let such a good staff leave the company. He has worked for 11 years in foodworld and I was sad that he was treated by company like that.

In India, quality manpower is very valuable and important. Our competitors always give better package to get experienced people out. We usually cannot retain the staff because of it. The market is really good. You can go anywhere with better salary much more easily.

I want to do my hair styling, eat my favourite foods, go shopping, walking on streets, meet my family, my friends, sing karaoke in HK and Japan........
I am going back on Tuesday night, but these days seem to be longer to pass.

First Superstore of Foodworld in India

27.7.07 is the open day of the first Superstore of Foodworld in Hyderabaid in India. Despite there are project issue, stock supply issue, we finally open the store. See.... I am not shopping, but busy to monitor the counter operation in front of the seafood counter. Actually, it is a very 'touching' moment to have a big store open!
Due to this store open, Almen, Eric and I are together in Hyderabad and we took the chance to go sightseeing in Hyderabad.
This is Almen's favourite 's spot : Charminar. I like this photo of us. Next day, we went to Fort. It is a big fort which took more than 2 hours to finish walking around. Indians bring live hen, goat to slaughter and cook there. Women go worship with tank on the head and bare feet.
