Mission possible??!!!

The captain told me : you take control of a sinking ferry with hundreds of ppl.
In the ferry, some people don't have knowledge, Some people don't have discipline, Some people is cunning.
The engineer or system of the ferry is not fast and sometimes out of order too.
In these 3 weeks, I need to get the ferry to reach the coast, while we are in the middle of sea in typhoon.
Now, can you imagine how I feel in these 3 weeks?
Of coz, I have to believe my ability to try first, as I also want to reach the coast with the people.
But this company is really getting me crazy and hopeless !!!!
