Chicken drumstick and egg tofu

Absorbing the past experience, I use weak fire to cook my first drumstick and egg tofu....
Not too bad... golden color of egg tofu ; meat is cook (not raw) when eating....
But it is much time consuming (at least 15 mins) than beef steak (5 mins)!!

Broken...

My favourite Tabo Minna Bowl is broken.....

Shirakawago 白川鄉 , Hidatakayama 飛彈高山- 我終於到了

There was long time I did not update the blog as I was having long vocation.
I visited my both home countries!!!
In addition to Osaka area, I went to new places : Shirakawago and Hidatakayama this time. I finally reached there with Japanese friends and their car. I am so lucky, without them, I was not able to appreciate the light on night view, since the bus leaves before that.
