Curry Noodles

Today, I used the same curry sauce remaining for my dinner, as the sauce of the instant noodles. Moreover, I bought frozen cuttlefish balls, so I can have them whenever I cook noodles.

Japanese Curry

Previously in Hong Kong, I bought a pack of Japanese Curry. Today, I have dinner with it.
Looks nice, but I think it is too dilute!! :P

Failed trail of chicken drumstick

Today, I tried to cook chicken drumstick after taking the lesson from Jessie.
I used the mixing bowl to marinated the drumsticks.
After 3 minutes in pan, oh.... I found it is a failed trail. The marination made the skin easily turned black!!!!!!!
I have given back my lesson to my dear teacher.... my memory always is so short term!!!

Small BSTC Reunion in Singapore

Mr Lau is my secondary school mate. I knew he would come to Singapore for business trip in the last Medium BSTC Reunion in Hong Kong. Mr Chow is also my secondary school mate who works in Singapore. So I organised that small BSTC Reunion in Singapore.
I think Mr Lau and Mr Chow have not seen each other after graduation for 10 years at least ....hahaha.....All three of us are not very close friends before though, however, we had enjoyable dinner with plenty of interesting topics surprisingly. We talked about different thoughts of age groups in men & in women, our work, the effect of horoscope, piano, music......
Maybe we all knew ourselves more in the past 10 years, more people we knew and more different life experience we had, now more to share......
P.S. : I took the photo only before we left the restaurant, actually, we just had the seafood dinner at Jumbo in Clark Quay. Today's bamboo clam, my favourite was very big size... yeah!

Nice big meal at P.S.

Today, Ruth brought me to a nice restaurant - P.S. at Demsy Road.
At the entrance, there was a big bunch of Lily, Ruth's favourite flower, very nice.
I was also attracted by the cakes displayed at the entrance. However, P.S. is famous of chips and burger. So I ordered P.S. burger which is a really big big burger!! The cake was so attractive me, but I was too full, so I had take away order of ' Berry chocolate cheese cake'.
Then, we had window shopping time in Orchard and Bugis.
I found a nice lobby in a hotel and there was smart car outside.

An old, but touching movie

This morning, I watched an old touching movie 地老天荒 in cable TV.

If you read the above introduction, you will know that it is an meaningful movie. It brings me a lot of thinking about life, especially in my age, birth, wedding, sick, death are more closely related to me or around me.
What I want to do before I die? Or I have not done yet?
How to 'treasure' and how to ' have' the things, the people and my life?

Cookery ( Egg sandwich & Corn & carrort soup)

Today, I did some cookery.
My breakfast is egg sandwich. This is my first time to have fried egg.
The soup is my lunch.
I asked Arka the cooking method yesterday, after I bought the ingredients : sweet corn, carrot, pork bone and dates. Boiled the pork bone before putting into the soup, then cook with other ingredients for 2 hours and add salt.... Done!!!
It is very sweet... maybe because of the date :P
Anyway, it is good try!!
