North India Trip

I am back from the trip to North India for sightseeing. I went to Delhi, Agar, Jaipur and Puskar. I enjoy the trip very much! I was impressed by the Tajmahal(泰姬陵) and the camel saffari and thousand stars in the sky in Puskar. Moreover, tour memebers are very nice!!!! I can speak Cantanese a lot and laugh!!! I am refreshed and hope to keep the good mood to work harder.

Product launch

This is new milk product launch ceremony. Instead of artists in HK, they will bring politicians e.g. Prime minister of this state to the launch program as it is cooperate company. They will dirnk before press!!
The white building is where the launch program take place. Red one is the parliament buidling.

When I know the termination of Central Star Ferry, I sigh because the place has the memory of my happiness and sadness like a lot of other Hong Kong people. So sad......

Mumbai and relax with food and friend

There are so many residential places like that which is just next to road.
I took the Auto in Mumbai which is my first time in India as the auto in Bangalore is very dirty.
Last weekend, I spent time with Indian friends and enjoy the hot pot prepared at our home. We all think Eric is going to open a restaurant soon! He is really a very good cook.
Out of expection in such dusty city that I still can enjoy the good view here, despite it is out of city centre.
I enjoy the shopping of books here as the knowledge is going to benefit me and it is cheap to buy book in India because most the printing is done in India.

Where is my purse

I lost my purse today. I am unhappy though there are only few thousand Rupess (few hundred HKD). But my drawer's keys are there.... I have used this Japanese red purse for a long long time..... :<
I need to go to Mumbai on Friday!

Indian Sweet

We are having concessionaire selling this Indian sweets. They are make of cashew nut, sugar and milk. I prefer this kind of fancy one. But I will only have one piece at the time I am hungry. I will control myself well. Can you guess what are the fruits?

This is important ceremony in India, Eric also did the lightling. In addition, Mr Yum needs to distribute Indian sweets to staffs.

High turn over

Everyday is endless work with a lot difficulties coming up. The turn over of staffs in all departments including merchandising, I.T., HR, Project, Finance is very high. Insufficient man power or insufficient experience of new staff results in making mistake, missing deadline. It also delays the system or procedure we want to implement. Nearly every week, different new competitors' stores open. Comparison between competitor and us pushes me even more harder. But I start to get tired to keep pushing my colleagues and myself sometimes.
