Direction of my career path

I was given an opportunity of being a Meat category manager. However, after thorough consideration and advice from different people, I have decided to stay in operation where I have more passion and talent. I think this is the direction for myself either in SG or HK.
Next question is if I am going to stay in SG longer or not....

Iain's second training

This is the second time to have training by Iain. This course is focused on ' To be a leader' and 'with strategic thinking'.
Like last time, we need to do presentation using his methodology for business improvement plans.
Again, I gained more skills and confidence from my persentations, also the points of being a leader in this company. And it is interesting to observe how boss and Iain handled potential issues in other candidates. They are so detail mined, to the point.
Moreover, having a chance to chat with Iain about the future planning, it might be a turning point of my decision in my career path.
