Indian Friend's wedding

Today 5:00pm, we joined my Indian friend, Nandini's wedding. Due to the time limitation, we can only participate the western style one. A lot of god father's prayers, blessing and choir in Saree singing.

Everything time when I witness the commitment made by couple, I always ask 'can the commitment be believable?'

New store

Today, we have another store open. First Choice and No Frills already arrived India!!! We are enjoying the snacks, sweet corn soup of Frist Choice.

In HK, you have never got the concessionaire counter still empty at the grand opening time. Here I experienced.

Yesterday, they said at night, the stock will come; At night, they said tmr morning 7:30am will come; Today morning, they said 20 mins later will come; 20 mins later, they said 2 minutes; Finally at 10:00am, the grand opening time, the stock and staffs just came.

At the same time, some of our project, equipments are still pending also and my concessionaire cannot provide the range with the equipment as planned.

I can just tell myself, here is India!!!!!

Lalbagh Botanic Garden

This is a large park near our apartment. Today, we got the chance to visit. Mango, cucumber, pop corn, sweet corn, peanut are very popular snack for Indians. We found a lot of hawkers selling these food. In the park, there are so many old and big trees which must be hundreds years old. It is a good exercise after the big lunch.

Another celebration in Olive Beach restaurant

We had another birthday celebration in Olive Beach restaurant where feels like in Stanley in HK. Mr and Mrs Yum bought the cute pillow cover for him. We gave a beer mug to our beer master. The range in the restaurant is quite good, waffle, home made tiramizu, osyter ( Eric ate at least 12 pcs). There is live singing also.

Beer Master Birthday

We rushed back to Bangalore for Beer Master's Birthday. We went to his favorite restuarant ' The only place' where offers steak. Almen dressed with her Indian clothes, and somehow I matched with her. We had an enjoyable dinner and met two UK men there.

Hyderabad visit with accompany

5-6.7.07, Almen and I went to Hyderabad visit together. We set off at 5:30am. 'Big head shrimp' Almen has left her purse in apartment and did not bring her identification card. After some period of time struggling and finally we got the boarding pass with the the ID. And finally we sat together after asking something to change the seat for us.
We visited newly open store and Superstore which will open soon. The logo is exactly the same as HK!!
We had lunch with my staffs and colleague in 'Koyla'. At night, we went to food court.
The next day early morning 05:30am, Almen followed my staff to visit vegetable and fruits wholesale market. So she was tired to sleep in the cab!
We went back to Bangalore suppose by 3:20pm flight. But we tightly arrived airport and found that it was half an hour delayed~~~
We went back such early time as we had important dating at night!!!

Jacky Birthday Party without me :<

3/7/07 is the buffet birthday party held by Jacky's fan club. It is soooooooooooooooo sad that I cannot participate!!!!!! As usual, they can be very close to Jacky, talk to him, take photo with him. But I missed the third chance after I came to India!!!!!! Jacy has helped me to give him letter. Hope he will read and see this blog also.....

Today 's dinner with Simon

Today, Simon joined us to have dinner. There is a long time he did not come. We prepared a lot of food. We had pomfret, crab, Jackfruit and Sweet pototo dessert!!! Very full now~~
