Barrier of my cooking road

My rice cooker is out of order!!!!!!!

I am very angry about it!! I used only two times. I am a idiot of electronic appliance.
But I asked myself to claim down. I should not get mad for a rice cooker which costs 20SIN... not worth.... Claim down....claim down.... claim down.....

I love this movie. I like the little girl, the conversation between her dad and her.
I think it is interesting to share the love story to your child. It allows you to recall the sweet taste, heart breaking feeling, some moments you have caught or missed.
No matter it is a happy or sad ending, simple or complicated, it would become the precise memory of life.

Failed cooking

Looks good? But it does not taste good. :<
After removing the difficulty in lighting up the fire, finished preparing the broccoli. There is trouble in using the rice cooker.
This time, I tried to use rice cooker to cook the rice with eggs, ham and fish meat. However, the rice cooker seemed to be out of order after the rice has cook. The light went out and heating effect was gone........Aii....... :<

I bought an XO sauce here, soooo expensive 20 SIN ( more than 110HKD)

Fried Rice

This fried rice got ham, crab meat, choy sum, sweet corn, egg!! Actually, I am not sure if they are fully cook, but some rice and meat are burnt!!!I hope I will not be sick tmr.
Every time, I cook , I am worried that fire occur!!!
When I pour oil into the frying pan which melt the plastic of bottle!!! It is really dangerous!!!
Anyway, I will keep on trying to cook without any recipe...hahaha....

P.S. : Today, I dropped a ear -ring which was a gift from U mates long time ago... :<

Try to stir fry

There is long time, I have not eaten Choy Sum!!! This is my lunch today.
For the dinner, I pushed myself to cook rice, to do the stir fry, but I need to wear glove to be more 'safe'.
The top up Coconut tastes good, having the drink and coconut flesh...Yummy!!

My shipment from India has delivered to my apartment. I am busy to unpack now!

Keep on cooking

With the encouragement of my friend, I keep on cooking. Even I arrived home at 8:30pm, I cooked pasta with ham and mushroom.
But I am still afraid of doing stir fry, there may be sparkle of oil!!! :P

Third time cooking

There is my favourite sweet corn cream soup with crab meat, and Tofu and zucchini.

Hot Pot Dinner

Finally, Sunday has come!
Today, I went to Suntec City/Marina square with Ruth to have supper and shopping, and my secondary school mate also joined our dinner. We chose hot pot, however, it is not as good as HK and quite expensive. 130 SIN for three persons!!!
Anyway, I enjoy the gathering very much!

Start cooking

Yesterday, I started to cook.
The first meal I prepared is pasta, as I like and it is easier.
There are sausage, crab meat with mushroom tomato sauce.

Today, it is even easier and healthy. All are vegetable - lettuce, zucchini, sweet corn.

Preparation for cooking

Finally, the day of having 10% discount in Giant in every last day of the month has come. In other days, there is only 5%.
I bought a lot, spent about 280 SIN. The next day, delivery has come.
See my kitchen is full of cooking material and tools!!!
Friends, I am going to cook, do you want to try??? hahaha....
By the way, I already bought a sofa bed which is quite comfortable! Anyone want to try first?
