蔡琴Concert

Almen had ticket of 蔡琴Concert. Here is the ticket, the stage and lighting.
Not all the songs I know and she talked quite a lot on the stage! But her dresses and voice was good!

Preparation for cooking - Marinated chicken (I)

Today, I found wine for cooking and marinated chicken sauce in supermarket. I bought, so as to 'cope with' the frozen whole chicken that I brought before. Please wait for Part II, when it is done!
Tonight, I did not cook, but eat the instant udon bowl from Japan. May be I limited the seasoning added, it did not look like the same as the photo, but the texture of udon is good.

Cookery (Fried Udon with Unagi)

I like Unagi and Udon. I used frozen unagi to fry with Udon. And I fried vegetable of baby kai lan.

BBQ night by PM store

I was invitated to join a BBQ party held by a store.
It was held in a club house type location. So there is a very nice swimming pool.
A lot of fresh fruit, BBQ food was providing, game, gift, lucky draw...Most of the them are from FOC of suppliers!!!

出'城'

Today, I went to downtown to have lunch with Almen and Ruth. We targeted a Jap Soba restaurant last time, so we tried today. 27.5SG has a set of the photo attached.
Then we went to tcc for a drink.
Took the chance to buy beef Lasagna and blueberry scone in Da Paolo before going back to home.

Shirakawago 白川鄉 , Hidatakayama 飛彈高山- 我終於到了 (PART II)

Finally, I received the CD from Hiroko which has the photos taken by her in Shirakawago trip. However, she cannot find Yoko yet, there are some photos I still cannot get!
Hiroko is very kind. When my camera battery ran out, she lent me her camera to take photos and she also took a lot of photos for me in the trip.
Receiving mail or post is very happy. You have to guess what is inside, what does it talks about when you open.
In addition to the CD, Hiroko also sent me a gift and a letter!

Dinners with Almen

When I was station in TP, Almen and I took the chance to go dinner together if we were off at the same time!
We went to a new shopping mall where has UNIQLO. Sooo interesting.. people has to queue up to enter!! Singaporeans are so keen in lining up!

Hard Rock Cafe in Singapore

With Almen, it seems that there are more programmes to enjoy.
She got tickets of free buffet dinner and Jack Daniel drink in Hard Rock Cafe.
The music, drink and food were not so good, however, it is nice to have gathering together with Ruth and chat. Ruth's husband is nice to drive us back to our home, a long way from their home!!!!

住家飯

Ruth's parent visited SG last week. I enjoyed the home dinner and soup with Ruth's family and Almen.

肉骨茶

Today, I went out with Ruth couple and Almen, as Ruth 's parent visit SG.
We went to have 肉骨茶 in famous shop. This is my first time visit there.
I still only like the Bakute that I tried in Malaysia.
After that, we went shopping in Orchard Road. There is a long time that I did not go to down town.
I spent on food mainly - scone, pumpkin, spinach lasagna, Muji snacks.
Ruth's mother is kind and talkative, bringing us a lot of topics and jokes. It is nice to spend the afternoon with them.
