Yummy Striploin

Cooking steak seems to be the easy dish for me!!!
First of all, I need to comment that their packing is wrong, the fat should be placed on the top, in order to show meat to customer.
It costs about 30 HKD for this striploin. Put oil and pepper, then cook for 2 mins for each side.
Medium steak is done!!!!

Hong Kong Disneyland for X'mas

I visited HK Disneyland few times already, but I still want to go as I want to feel the X'mas atmosphere there. Can you feel after seeing the photos?

Yan and JM wedding

There is a long time I have not updated my blog.
First thing after the trip I want to share is the happiness of my best friend, Yan.
She has become Mrs Man from their big day of 15 Dec 2008. I am so glad that I can be Yan's maid of honour to assist her on her important day.
We knew from primary three.... We went to secondary school every day together and studied after school. Then, we have different paths on our high school, tertiary study, career path and life. Though we might not see each other very often, we can share deeply when we have chance to chat and meet. We share a lot of things, listen to each other 's advice and see each other's smiles, laughs and tears.
This is the most precise moment of her, and I am so glad that I can be a witness and assist.
